The Sailing Section of the SRCMYC provides racing for the International Marblehead (RM), the International One Metre (IOM) and the National R36R Classes. We also have some limited events for the 6 Metre Class yachts. We are affiliated to the Model Yachting Association.
We meet at Setley Pond on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 10am, racing starts at 10.30am.

R36R Metropolitan & Southern Championship
(Movie now available!)
The Sailing Section of the club held the Metropolitan & Southern Championship Competition for the R36R class at Setley Pond on Saturday 12th May 2012. Club member Alan Maynard racing sail no. 24 won the trophy with Mike Rostance second and Shaun Harris third. Martin Houlton was Officer of the Day.
