America's Cup winner; a wooden centerboard schooner, she was built in 1871 and ended her racing career in 1908. Salamis Salamis

Originally built as a Tea Clipper, Salamis served her time in the wool trade (more info...). Model: David Edwards. (Dave's comments) ...and ("do the masts turn?")

Thermopylae Thermopylae

The Tea Clipper Thermopylae (more info...) sister ship to the Salamis. Construction of Thermopylae is of pine planks on plywood frames to a scale of 1:48. Model: David Edwards.

Vinia_V Vinia_V
