Welcome to the SRCMBC Movie Gallery
The movies are in a fairly random order (just to make life more interesting!). In fact they are in the order in which they were added to the site (with the latest ones first). However you can find a particular movie from the index at the left.
YouTube is coming!
We are starting to make all the movies available via "YouTube". For most movies we will offer "Standard Definition" suitable for both dial-up and broadband, and "Higher Definition", best on broadband. However whatever your connection, you may want to preview the "Standard Definition" version (which will open in a popup window and download much faster) before deciding to view the "Higher Definition" version (which will open in a new window or tab, depending on your browser settings).
Which ever version you choose, a good tip is to pause the movie until enough has been downloaded to allow you to view it continuously without breaks.
Finally, if you prefer to view the movies entirely on YouTube you can view the SRCMBC Movie Channel. Only a few of the movies are there as yet but the number will increase!
Three movies taken during the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard Model Boat Weekend (27/28th September) which commemorated 250 years since Nelson's Birth. They show the Portsmouth Model Boat Display Team re-enacting chapters in Royal Navy history.

Here the boat has had two batteries fitted, the 600 sized motor was now measured to be taking 30A and a lively performance ensued. Some experimentation with trim is clearly necessary
