South West Association of Model Boat Clubs; "SWAMBC" exists to promote the hobby of Model Boating across the southwest of England, and to look after the interests of all our affiliated clubs and their members.Lesro Models Local Model shop near Chichester. Their web site concentrates on cars and planes but they still sell boats, boat kits, and useful stuff for the RC Model Boater.
Model Boat Mayhem; All things Model Boats! They have a large and active Forum and we encourage you to take part! Indeed we decided not to set up a Forum on this site believing it better that members contribute to the Mayhem Forum.
Technobots a local source of electronics suitable for RC applications, SRCMBC members get a 10% discount. (Alan Bond).
Westbourne Model Centre; Westbourne Model Centre are one of the largest stockists of model boats in England. They currently have on display some 300 model boats split between static 'Plank on Frame' and Radio Control kits. In addition they stock a wide range of model Boat fittings, radios, electric motors, and steam plants, plus many other accessories for model boats. SRCMBC members get a 10% discount.
Other Model Boat Clubs
We have updated the list of Other Model Clubs to include as many web sites which are presently functioning as we could find. We will try to expand this list and also keep it up to date so that when club web sites disappear, or are not updated, they will be removed.Commercial sites

Other Boat Related Sites
My Model Boats (interesting large Czech boat site) (Louis Vaisey).
A completely free PC Boat Simulation, obviously not as good as a paid for commercial Ship Simulator program but quite comprehensive and made by a manufacturer of marine trim tabs. A little better if you use a joystick, but still perfectly OK using just the keyboard (Louis Vaisey).
